    You can upload up to 10 documents.  Documents must include:

    Photo Identification

    Upload a copy of your Driver's license or other photo ID

    Property Tax Bill

    Upload a copy of your Durham County Property Tax Bill

    Income Statement(s)

     Upload documents supporting your household income (Include all sources of household income).  Examples of income documentation include 2023 IRS 1040, W2, W4, 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, SSA-1099, SSI, Alimony.

    Property owner(s) total Income(s) from all sources must not to exceed 80% AMI using the HUD family size calculation. This includes all household member’s income. If the property is owned by more than one person the combined total income from all sources must not exceed 80% AMI.

    (You must start and complete the application in ONE session, so have your documents ready to upload.)
